History

Established in 1998 Kevin Main Jewelry had very humble beginnings, opening in 1973 as a small "one man shop" in the sleepy California Central Coast community of Morro Bay. Here Kevin honed his skills as a designer, craftsman and businessman. In November of 1998, Kevin and his wife Kathi had the opportunity to move into the hub of the county - San Luis Obispo; known worldwide as a "Dream place to visit or maybe stay forever", according to both Sunset Magazine and Outdoor Magazine. Over the next ten years Kevin Main Jewelry increased its presence in the community by providing service and product unprecedented in San Luis Obispo.

Meet the Business Owner: Kevin Main

Kevin is an artisan, craftsman, manager, mentor and sales consultant. He is self taught in his profession and takes a great deal of pride in providing the finest quality workmanship and product to his customers over the past 33 years. His commitment to honesty and integrity to his emloyees, friends and family is taken very serious.

As an artisan, craftsman and mentor he oversees our on-site jewelers to guide and instruct them in the methods of jewelry design and manufacturing. As a manager he leads a team of professionals in building and maintaining relationships with clients and the community. There is also a personal side to Kevin Main as a husband, parent and grandfather. He enjoys nothing more than cooking breakfast for the kids or hanging out at the zoo. In his spare time he like to travel, cycle, enjoy time at home in the yard or just hang out with friends.

Always he is thinking about "how to make it better" - better product, better service, better person...
